<div style="text-align: justify;">In making our famous VEDABLU Ice Creams, our main ingredient would of course be our Fresh Milk which accounts to at least 70% of our total recipes. <br></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">The fresh milk which are freshly sourced direct from reputable cow farms are then pasteurized in our production kitchen together with the other natural ingredients which we use in our recipes. <br></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">After a well balance base is achieved, it is then aged and then another round of mixing of ingredients will occur before it is entered into our batch freezer. <br></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Our final product which ranges from 35% - 40% over-run will then be blast frozen and delivered to our outlets and clients. <br></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Vedablu Ice Creams has an average fat content of only 11% - 13% as compared to many other premium ice creams that could reach up to 25% fat content. <br></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">In contrast to the VEDABLU Ice Creams, our VEDABLU Sorbets does not contains Milk. This option is especially great for our fans who are lactose intolerent or even those who prefers a more light and refreshing treat.<br></div>
