Dear Back Pain Sufferer,<br><br>

Over the past 27 years, I have treated nearly 30,000 patients suffering
with sciatica and back pain. And, in tracking the effectiveness of my
treatment approach, these patients have enjoyed a 91.7% success
rate&nbsp; - that's somewhere near 27,510 people I have been able to
help reduce and, in most cases, completely get rid of their pain. <br>
      <br></p>
	  <p align="center"><a class="tahoma bold size_14 blue underline" href="#cart_links">Malton, I'm Ready To Get Rid <br />Of My Pain Right Now</a></p>

Until now, my treatment methodology was limited to my private patients
- there simply wasn't enough of me to go around not to mention an easy
or affordable way of sharing this information with people outside
of my geographical area. <br>
      <br>
But, because of the affordability and ease of use of the Internet, as
well as for reasons I will explain later, I now have the ability to
share what I've learned about eliminating sciatica and back pain with
the entire
world and give you the opportunity to get the exact same results as the
patients who visit my office. <br>
      <br>
So, no matter what your diagnosis, or how long you've been in pain, or
what type of treatment you've had in the past, there's a very good
chance I've encountered your particular condition on multiple
occasions. <br>
      <br>
And because I have, no doubt, seen your condition before and have heard
stories probably very similar to yours, I can safely say (with 91.7%
accuracy) that my "back pain
relief system" will help you resolve your pain... improve your
function...
and change your life.<br>
      <br>
Please keep reading because I'm going to share my system with you today
and, at the very least, give you some hope about what your life could
be like tomorrow.<br>

      <br>
But before I do, I need to help you understand a few facts and dispel
some of the common myths surrounding sciatica and back pain...<br>

the common misconceptions about back pain.&nbsp; So with that, lets
take a closer look at how to best treat your back pain and have you
start enjoying your life again.<br>
      <br>
But, before we get into the particulars of the treatment process, I
think it&#8217;s important for you to understand that medical research has
indicated that most treatment options
are literally&#8230;<br>
      <br>
      <br>
	  </p>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">Doomed From The Start</p>
      <p align="left">
      <br>
In a review of the scientific evidence of the causes, diagnosis, and
treatment of back pain published by the Swedish Council on Technology
Assessment in Health Care (SBU), medical researchers, Alf Nachemson,
MD, PhD and Eggon Jonsson, PhD, cite three reasons why your efforts to
end your sciatica
or back pain may be &#8220;doomed&#8221; to failure right from the start.<br>
      <br></p>
	  <p align="left">
      <span class="bold size_16">Reason 1:</span><br>
      <img alt="" src="images/Picture4.png"
 style="width: 260px; height: 149px;" align="left" hspace="5">X-rays,
MRIs, and CT scans only tell part of
your back pain story. Unfortunately, most doctors aren't trained to
determine the reason why the structures of your spine look the way they
do. Consequently, a diagnosis based entirely on the imaging studies of
your back is usually made. This means that the underlying cause of your
back pain often times will go undiagnosed and untreated. <br /><br />
      The reason doctors rely so heavily on imaging studies is
because fewer than 50% of the medical schools train their students how
to perform a systematic musculoskeletal exam, much less a comprehensive
spinal assessment. That&#8217;s why most doctors just prescribe medications
or refer you to other specialists. The most you can hope for when going
to a medical doctor is a little bit of short-term relief. <br>
      </p>
	  <br />
      <p align="left">
      <span class="bold size_16">Reason 2:</span><br>
      <img alt="" src="images/Picture5.png"
 style="width: 260px; height: 168px;" align="left">In a
comprehensive
review of conservative treatment methods (including massage, pain
relief ointments or creams, nonspecific exercise, ultrasound,
electrical stimulation, moist heat, traction, acupuncture, etc.) for
chronic lower back pain, none were shown to have any lasting effect on
back pain. <br>
      <br>
These treatment approaches address only the symptoms and
ignore the underlying cause of the problem. <br>
      </p>
      <br /><br />
      <p align="left">
      <span class="bold size_16">Reason 3:</span><br>
      <br>
      <img alt="" src="images/Picture6.png"
 style="width: 260px; height: 150px;" align="left">Most back
pain treatment programs are
&#8220;generic&#8221; meaning they're the same for everybody. You know what I&#8217;m
talking about. You go to the doctor or physical therapist and you&#8217;re
given a sheet of exercises like the one you see to the left. <br>
      <br>
Look, if you had high cholesterol, would your doctor hand you a bulb of
garlic and tell you to eat a clove a day for 30 days? Of course not!
You would receive a prescription of something like Lipitor with precise
instructions of how and when to take it. So how can you expect for your
back to feel better if the only thing you do are&nbsp; "over the
counter exercises"? <br>
      <br>
This approach simply doesn&#8217;t work yet sadly it&#8217;s the standard of care
for most medical practitioners. Doesn't it make much
more sense to treat your back pain with a detailed program that
addresses the cause of the problem and not the symptoms?<br>
&nbsp;<br>
But how could you have known any of this? You just want your back to
stop hurting and you trust the &#8220;experts&#8221; to guide and advise you,
right? <br>
      <br>
If this has been your experience, I think you'll agree with what the
medical research reports: Back pain treatment is doomed from the start.<br>
&nbsp;<br>
So you may be asking yourself&#8230;<br></p>
      <br>
      <br>
      <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">&#8220;If Most Sciatica And Back Pain Treatment
Efforts Are Doomed To Failure, Is There Any Hope For My Condition?&#8221;</p><br>
      <br>
<p align="left">Actually there is.&nbsp; Let me explain&#8230;<img alt=""
 src="images/pathology.jpg" style="width: 345px; height: 379px;"
 align="right"><br>
      <br>
What you&#8217;re looking at here is a diagram of the cascading events that
take place in the typical degenerative process.<br>
      <br>
So starting at the top, there is some type of minor trauma or
repetitive stress that leads to pain and disuse.<br>
      <br>
Over time, this results in adaptive tissue changes.&nbsp; In other
words, some tissues shorten or tighten up and some tissues weaken or
lose their strength.&nbsp; These are the muscle imbalances that you&#8217;ll
hear me talk about.<br>
      <br>
As time goes on, these soft tissue changes will eventually result in
structural changes.&nbsp; That&#8217;s where we see the arthritic joint
changes, disc herniation, stenosis, etc<br /><br />
	And along with these changes, there is a significant reduction
in mobility, which, over time, results in scar tissue formation and
ultimately leading to chronic pain and disability.<br>

In looking at the most current research regarding the effectiveness of
back pain treatment, the SBU and the International Spine Society have
issued 4
consensus recommendations about sciatica and back pain treatment:<br>
      <br></p>
      <div style="margin-left: 40px;"><p align="left"><span class="bold">Back Pain Treatment
Recommendation
#1:</span> Treatment should be geared towards preventing disability
and improving
the patient&#8217;s quality of life.&nbsp; In other words, we need to teach
the
patient about how to become more self sufficient in the management of
his or her own condition and become less reliant on the medical system.</p></div><br>
      <div style="margin-left: 40px;"><p align="left"><span class="bold">Back Pain Treatment
Recommendation
#2:</span> Long-term drug
therapy is simply not effective in managing back pain and should be
avoided.</p></div><br>
      <div style="margin-left: 40px;"><p align="left"><span class="bold">Back Pain Treatment
Recommendation
#3:</span> Manual therapy or
manipulation is an effective treatment method in reducing pain.</p></div><br>
		<div style="margin-left: 40px;"><p align="left"><span class="bold">Back Pain Treatment
Recommendation
#4:</span> Exercise therapy is
effective in the restoration of daily function.</p></div><br>

      <p align="left">
Bottom line: The #1 goal in treating sciatica and back pain is to <span

      <p>Okay, now count up the number of
check marks you made.&nbsp; Are you a
little surprised at how much back pain is affecting your life?&nbsp;
Most people I&#8217;ve talked to are a little shocked and tend to get a
little
depressed.&nbsp; <br /><br />
      Now the purpose of this exercise isn't to depress you.&nbsp;
No, it's to get you thinking about what you're missing out on and to
help you formulate some goals.&nbsp; <br /><br />
      With any good sciatica or back pain treatment plan,
understanding what you want to ultimately accomplish helps with your
recovery. Once your goals are established, we can move on to step 2...<br /><br />

resolve your particular problem, it&#8217;s important that you get crystal
clear on where your symptoms are located and how far your symptoms
travel.&nbsp; <br /><br />
      This is important because the location of your symptoms has been shown
to have some predictive factor in determining the cause of your
problem.&nbsp; <br /><br />
      I want you to take a close look at the images to
the right.&nbsp; Do you see an image that closely resembles the pattern
of your symptoms?<br /><br />
      Now that you&#8217;ve identified your symptom pattern,
what are these symptoms telling you about the
likely underlying cause of your problem?<br /><br />

      <p>So, right now, you should have a good idea of how your
symptoms are
affecting your life AND the location and likely underlying cause of
your pain.<br>
      <br>
Let&#8217;s turn our attention now to step 3...<br>
      </p>
      <br />
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">Step 3:&nbsp;
Assessing The Behavior Of Your Symptoms</p>
      <br />
      <p><br>
Now to get a handle on your pain and assess it the way it should be
assessed, I have you answer some clarifying questions that will help me
narrow down the causes of your back pain.<br>
      <br>
So on the left is a typical medical history form that will alert me to
any red flags<br>
      <br>
And on the right is a symptom behavior form that helps me determine how
your symptoms respond to different stimuli and creates a time line for
me to follow so that I can make some assumptions with regard to cause
and effect.</p>
      <div style="text-align: center;"><img alt=""
 src="images/Picture11.png" style="width: 500px; height: 305px;"
 align="middle">&nbsp;<br>
      </div>
      <br>
From here we move to...<br>
      <br>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">Step 4:&nbsp; Determining
The Underlying Cause of the Pain</p>
      <p><br>
I will then take where your symptoms are located and the behavior of
those symptoms and correlate it with what I see
structurally to determine a potential underlying cause of your problem</p>
      <div style="text-align: center;"><img alt=""
 src="images/Picture9.png" style="width: 533px; height: 376px;"><br>
      </div>
      <p> <span class="style116"><strong class="style169"></strong></span></p>
      <p>And finally...<br>
      <br>
      </p>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">Step 5:&nbsp;
Treating The Cause Not The Symptom</p>

      <p><br>
I take all the information I&#8217;ve gathered to this point, determine a
potential underlying cause of your problem (this photograph is a
representation of a muscle which is very commonly associated with low
back pain and sciatica), and apply the appropriate treatment that best
addresses the problem.<br>
      </p>
      <p style="text-align: center;"><img alt=""
 src="images/Picture10.png" style="width: 550px; height: 210px;"><br>
      <br>
      </p>
      <p style="text-align: left;">The key here is a targeted
functional rehabilitation program that is based on the most
current medical research.<br>
      </p>
      <p style="text-align: left;">And, once we get control over the
immediate problem, our next goal is to...<br>
      <br>
      </p>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">Prevent The Problem From Ever Returning</p>

      <p style="text-align: left;"><br>
Here are the results of a study published in Spine Journal a few years
ago that tracked the recurrence of pain in a group of individuals that
had participated in a functional rehabilitation program<br>
      <br>
For this study, the authors divided the participants into 2 groups:</p>
      <p style="text-align: left; margin-left: 40px;"><span
 style="font-weight: bold;">Group 1:</span>&nbsp; 100 of the
participants were to continue with a maintenance program following the
initial functional restoration program</p>
      <div style="margin-left: 40px;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Group
2:</span>&nbsp; The remaining 25 participants were to perform no
maintenance program at all.<br>
      <br>
      </div>
      <div style="text-align: center;"><img alt=""
 src="images/Picture12.png" style="width: 550px; height: 299px;"><br>
      </div>
      <p style="text-align: left;">After 2 years, about 9% of the
maintenance group reported some recurrence in pain while all 25 of the
non-maintenance group reported a recurrence of pain.<br>
      <br>
This study demonstrates the importance of not only treating back pain
with a Functional Restoration Program, but clearly identifies the
importance of maintaining some form of maintenance following the
initial program.</p>
      <p style="text-align: left;">So...<br>
      <br>
      </p>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">What Can You Really Expect From This Type of
Treatment Approach?</p>

      <p style="text-align: left;"><br>
Listen&#8230; I don&#8217;t know much about your back pain right now&#8230; but if you're
like 90% of most back pain sufferers, I DO know that this 5 step
treatment approach, will help you
achieve the lasting sciatica and back pain relief you desire.<br>
      </p><br />
      <p style="text-align: left;">Here are just a few benefits you too
will experience...<br>
      </p>
      <p style="text-align: center;"><span class="style116"><strong
 class="style169"><img alt="" src="images/Picture15.png"
 style="width: 550px; height: 261px;"><br>
      </strong></span></p>
      <div style="text-align: left;">But as much as I&#8217;d like to tell
you that this methodology
would help you no matter what type of sciatica or back problem you
have, I can&#8217;t.&nbsp; The reality is...<br>
      <br>
      </div>
      <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">It Won't Help Everyone</p>
&nbsp; <br>
Fact is there are some conditions that require more aggressive medical
attention and some conditions where surgery is your only option.<br>
&nbsp;<br>
Obviously, anyone with sciatica or back pain who wishes to utilize any
type of treatment program should first consult with and seek clearance
from
your doctor.<br>
&nbsp; <br>
But&#8230; if you have any of the following symptoms associated with your
back pain, I INSIST that you seek immediate medical attention:<br>
      <br>
      <div style="text-align: center;"><img alt=""
 src="images/Picture16.png" style="width: 580px; height: 359px;"><br>
      </div>
      <br>
      <br>
Fortunately, issues like these affect less than 10% of back pain
sufferers, which means 90% of people suffering with sciatica and back
pain can be helped.<br>

	  <p>
      <br>
      <p>Now that you have a good grasp of the scientific basis of back
pain treatment
and the step-by-step methodology that makes up the Erase Your
Back Pain Functional Spinal Rehabilitation Program&#8482;,
you're probably wondering how you can get access to this program to
treat your own sciatica or back pain... </p><br />
      <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">But Here's the Bad News...</p>
	  <br />
      <p>There's a very good chance the Erase Your
Back Pain Functional Spinal Rehabilitation Program&#8482;
is <u>not</u> right for you... </p><br />
      <p><span class="style166 bold">For starters, it isn't an inexpensive
program.</span>
Here's why:</p>
      <ol>
        <li><strong>I've spent the better part of my career developing
the back pain relief strategies I'll be sharing with
you, so I can't, in good conscious, just give it away.</strong>&nbsp;
It wouldn't be fair to my existing private patients and I firmly
believe
a man (or woman) should be compensated for their hard work - especially
given the amount of time I'll put in to helping you quickly resolve
your personal back pain issue.<br>
          <br>
        </li>
        <li><strong> I also want to discourage "doctor hoppers" </strong>and
other "energy vampires" from joining because I know
they'll add nothing to the community I'm building and just drain me of
energy - energy that should be going to help you resolve your problem.<br>
          <br>
        </li>
        <li><strong>Finally, I want you to value the program I develop
for you.</strong>&nbsp; Yes, I could give it away and hope to "spread
the
word" that way, but I know a large portion of people wouldn't
actually use the program and get the results they're looking for and
the entire reason I'm doing this would fall completely
apart! </li>
      </ol>
      <p>Prior to writing this report I did a lot of research to find
out what other people are charging for their back pain relief systems.
The
prices range from $5 for useless "symptom only" treatment products that
we've
already talked about, all the way up to $5,000 for a spinal
decompression regimen which, by the way, has been recently shown not to
be effective (Schimmel, et al. <span style="font-style: italic;">European
Spine Journal</span>, 2009).<br><br />
      </p>
      <p>So based on my research (and an understanding where my system
falls in the "quality continuum") my plan was to sell my customized
back pain relief program for $700 but discount it to $500 as a way of
promoting my back pain relief services.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br><br />
      </p>
      <p>But then I got to thinking...<br>
      <br>
      </p>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">"I <span
 class="underline">Really Do</span> Want All Back
Pain
Sufferers To Have Access To These Powerful Pain Relief Strategies..."</p>

      <p><br>
At the $500 price-point, only a small number of people would
be able to afford my pain relief system, and I sincerely want all
sciatica and back pain sufferers utilizing my program so they can begin
enjoying their lives again quickly.</p><br />
      <p>So here's what I ultimately decided...<br><br />
      </p>
      <p>First, to make absolutely certain my program is right for you,
I'm going
to let you examine the entire thing for 7 full days without risk or
obligation.<br><br />
      </p>
      <p>Next, to keep the program within reach of all back pain
sufferers, <span class="highlight1">I'm going to reduce your
investment to <span style="font-weight: bold;">LESS THAN</span> <strong>HALF</strong>
of my intended price point</span> - in other words, your investment to
participate in the
Erase Your
Back Pain Functional Spinal Rehabilitation Program&#8482; won't be $500...it
will be <strong>$197</strong>.<br><br />
      </p>
      <p>And finally, if you decide to keep the program, I'll show you
how to file it with your health
insurance carrier to offset some or most of your out of pocket expense<span
 style="font-weight: bold;">*</span>.&nbsp; <br>
      <br>
      </p>
	  <p align="center" class="tahoma size_18 bold red">End
The Suffering
&amp; Agony Of Your Back Pain <br>
Once And For All</p>
      <p><br>
At $197, my program is still way below the out of pocket expense you
would incur for a chiropractic or physical therapy regimen and a tiny
fraction of what you'd have to shell out for surgery or epidural
steroid
injection therapy.<br><br />
      </p>
      <p>You owe it to yourself
to try my
Erase Your Back Pain System at my risk and <span
 style="font-weight: bold;">FEEL</span> the results literally
overnight!&nbsp; And I invite you to do just that right now.<br><br />
      </p>
      <p>This program is the fastest shortcut out there for getting rid
of your sciatica and
back pain.&nbsp; And the results will change your life.</p><br />
      <p>So if you&#8217;re in pain now and want to feel better sooner rather
than
later, then I
